I am aware that the most important thing is that the people get to know God
and would serve Him. Therefore I also try to follow Christ His example not
to exclude anybody. And I do also trust in the Lord, that He shall give the
possibility at that work He is willing to support.

From: "Terry Jarbo" via an unrecognized address <3rivers * rkymtnhi>

I received an email from John White addressing apostles. He said anyone
could join this discussion group. I would like to participate.

I am Terry L. Jarbo I have been involved in networking the church in
homes for about 1 year & 1/2. (in Kremmling Colorado).

Carol and I thank all of you who have paved the way that we now practice.
We have experienced freedom and revitalized relationships with Jesus our
Lord, God our Father and the Holy Spirit.

Not knowing what has been discussed I will make a short comment and wait
to be be brought up to speed as to current topics.

Apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, bishops, elders, and
deacons along with all other titles or offices were recognized not
bestowed on individuals by committees or boards. These titles came to
rest on individuals as they functioned. God's call rests on a person by
divine choice but that person must function before the call is
recognizable. The doing of God's will is primary over the convincing of
others concerning titles or offices.

I am not sure how personal these communications are to get so bear with
me. Pray for us in the area of learning to be church rather than do
church. We also have a tendency to be critical of the institutional
church. We are working at learning to be for the house church (the church
networking through homes) rather than against the traditional church.

Terry Jarbo

Dear Terry,

Welcome!! As for my part, my impression is that you are definately
"smelling the coffee". I also think that you have come to the right list.

Yours in Christ,

Jay

I still have a hard time understanding exactly this trinitarian and
unitarian stuff. Do you mean that you believe that Jesus is not God, but
was created by Him?
